Struck-through lines ran past the button. Each one comes back with the shorter wording already written and noted, so your designers see both and nothing gets clipped in production.

Three packs, each priced per language, and a per-word rate for everything you ship afterwards. The glossary, the native-speaker QA pass and a post-launch fix-up round are already inside every price — they will never arrive as a second invoice.

Each pack, opened up

What arrives, what we’ll ask for, and who each one suits

Every pack below lists exactly what you send, what comes back and when. If you recognise your release in the “better elsewhere” column, we’ll gladly steer you to the pack that fits.

For products already live

Microcopy Sweep

The everyday words of a product that’s already running in English — buttons, toasts, empty states, error messages, settings — rewritten so they feel at home rather than borrowed.

Scope
Up to 1,500 words of UI strings
You send
Your string export, plus screenshots or a staging link
Comes back
The same file with keys and placeholders untouched, and a QA note on every line we shortened
Inside
Core-term glossary · character-limit check · native QA in your build

A kind fit when

  • Support tickets mention odd phrasing
  • You’re adding a language to a settled product

Better elsewhere when

  • Sign-up and the welcome tour are still English-only — that’s the Onboarding Pack

Where most teams begin

Onboarding Pack

The first ten minutes someone spends with your product: sign-up, welcome screens, the product tour, the setup checklist and the first three lifecycle emails. We translate them as one conversation, so the voice in Tuesday’s welcome email matches the button it links to.

Scope
Up to 4,000 words across product and email
Register
Du or Sie, tú or usted, and the right level of Japanese politeness — agreed on the first call and written down
QA
A native reviewer signs up as a brand-new user and walks the whole flow on a real device
After launch
One round of adjustments within 30 days of release

A kind fit when

  • You’re opening a new market this quarter
  • Trial sign-ups arrive but rarely finish setup

Better elsewhere when

  • You only need a dozen live screens tidied — the Microcopy Sweep will do

Help-Center Pack

Up to 25 articles, adapted for the way people in each market search and read. Examples are localised, screenshot callouts are relabelled to match the translated interface, and titles are built around the phrases readers actually type.

Scope
Up to 25 articles · 12,000 words
Formats
The export from your help-center platform, or plain Markdown
Search
Titles and slugs drafted from in-market search phrasing, not word-for-word from English
Shared terms
Uses the same glossary as your product strings, so an article never contradicts a button

A kind fit when

  • Tickets from one market keep asking the same question
  • Your product is already translated, your docs aren’t

Better elsewhere when

  • Articles change every week — release strings will keep pace more gently

Every sprint after a pack

Release strings

Once a pack is in place, each sprint’s new strings come to us as a small batch. Same translators, same glossary, same second reader — so the copy you ship in March and the copy you ship in October sound like the same company.

Rate
$0.21 per word, per language · $145 minimum per batch
Turnaround
Usually 3 business days for batches up to 2,500 words
Consistency
Your glossary and translation memory are carried forward and updated with every batch
Corrections
Anything you’d like changed simply rides along with your next batch

Ordering all four languages at once? We take 8% off the pack total and settle the four glossaries side by side, so “workspace” is decided once, in every language, on the same afternoon.

Smaller jobs we’re glad to take on

Not every request is a whole pack. These are the pieces teams most often ask for on their own, each with its price so you can decide before you ring.

  • Glossary on its own

    $395

Your core product terms settled and documented in one language, with usage notes — for teams translating in-house who want the hard decisions made first.

    Ask about a glossary
  • Review of an existing translation

    $0.09/word

A native reader goes through what you already have and marks what’s off, and why. $260 minimum per language.

  • App Store & Google Play listing

    $340

Title, subtitle, description and keyword field, written for how people in that market browse the store. Per language.

    Ask about a listing
  • An extra lifecycle email

    $165

Beyond the three in the Onboarding Pack — subject line and preview text included. Per email, per language.

Before the scoping call

Have these to hand and the call takes care of itself

None of it is required — we can start from a single screenshot. But each item you gather saves a follow-up email, and you’re welcome to tick them off right here as you go.

0 of 6 gathered — whenever you’re ready, so are we.
